Rolejček, Jan ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor) ; Vágner, Michal (referee)
Title: Normalization study of motoric tests deadlift and medicine ball throw overhead backwards among members of the combat support battalion. Objective: The aim of this study is to establish performance standards for the three- repetition maximum deadlift and the backward medicine ball throw overhead. The resulting standards will subsequently be used to expand the test battery for the occupational assessment in the 141st Supply Battalion. Methods: Standardized testing was employed, followed by the establishment of performance standards. The research sample of 204 participants was divided into three categories based on gender and performance groups. IBM SPSS Statistics, a statistical software program, was used for data analysis. Data normality was assessed for each category using the Shapiro-Wilk test, and graphical verification was conducted using Q-Q plots. Performance standards were created using a quartile-based calculation method, employing a four- point scale with ratings of excellent, good, satisfactory, and unsatisfactory. Results: For performance group C of males, the following standards were established for the deadlift exercise: excellent = 115 kg and above; good = 103 kg and above; satisfactory = 90 kg and above; performances lower than 90 kg are considered unsatisfactory. Development of movement skills in children aged 10-12 years in the sports training of football players
HOFMANN, Lukáš
The bachelor's thesis evaluates the movement abilities of younger pupils of the SK Čtyři Dvory club in order to develop movement abilities in children aged 10 to 12 years and to establish a proper training plan based on the results obtained. The study was conducted on the basis of the application of motor tests, test battery scores, diffe-rential scores, and applied correlation. The above methods were carried out based on the first Test and then Re-test focusing on endurance and physical strength. The results show a significant improvement in Leh-sit Repeatedly and Running for 12 minutes, with a stable physical activity status between tests. A strong negative correlation was found between the During for 12 minutes and the Boat Run for 4x10 meters; this suggests that players with higher performance abilities in one test tend to show lower performance in the other. These findings can be used for training programs promoting the holistic development of young athletes. However, it is also important to consider other factors such as technique, tactics, and psychological skills in a quality training program.

Šrámek, Antonín ; Vágner, Michal (advisor) ; Sovák, Libor (referee)
The normalization study of the motoric tests focusing on strength, endurance and dexterity performance at the artillery and air force military personnel. The physical preparedness of soldiers is an important component of the military's combat capability. In peacetime, soldiers increase their physical level in all-military training, where they also undergo physical performance examinations. Standardised motor tests are used for the objective assessment of physical performance, where it is necessary to set the norms to which the performance is assessed. The objectives This diploma thesis aimed to set the normsfor the motor test "Deadlift", "Hand Release Push-up", "3000-Metre Run" and "Carrying the Load", in which reliability during repeated measurements was also assessed. The method The research set consisted of 105 artillerymen for the first three above mentioned motor tests and 65 men (44 artillerymen and 21 men from the helicopter airbase) for "Carrying the Load". The set of soldiers was divided into age groups within five years. To calculate the norms, the normal distribution of the data was first verified and then the possible difference between the ages was compared using parametric and non-parametric ANOVA. Potential differences between the categories were compared using the Mann-Whitney test...

Pavlík, Michael ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Nováková, Pavlína (referee)
Title: Relationship between long-term compensatory exercise intervention and strength- velocity parameters in young football players Objectives: Based on the diagnostic examination, compile a compensation program for the intervened group in order to improve the functional state of the locomotor apparatus and monitor whether this intervention is reflected in the performance in the given motor tests that test the strength-speed abilities of the players Methods: The "20-m linear sprint test" was used to measure linear speed and acceleration, which was measured using time photocells (Witty Timing System). In this test, the average times of all groups were monitored at distances of 5, 10, 20 m. Furthermore, with the help of photocells, a 505 agility test was measured to determine the speed of the players' change of direction. The last test was "Standing broad/long jump" measured by the method (Laser-method measurement SDJ) using a laser optical range finder (Mestek GR20). To determine the normality of the data, the Shapiro-Wilk test was used, the results of which do not reject the normality of the data. For statistical analysis was used paired T-test data between individual measurements in individual groups. MS Excel and Jamovi software were used for recording data and their subsequent analysis....

Bláhová, Petra ; Panská, Šárka (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
The work focuses on the evaluation of physical fitness of students, who are 12 and 13 years old. The main aim is to assess the physical fitness of students at general high school and primary school with sports classes. As a part of the thesis, standardized testing will be conducted using the UNIFITTEST (6-60) battery, and two modified tests with their own evaluation tables will be created. The results of the tests will be compared with standardized or modified tables and evaluated according to point standards. The survey will gather data regarding extracurricular physical activity, according to which a trained individual is identified. These individuals will be defined as those who train for at least 3 hours, twice a week. The survey will also collect basic anthropometric data for measuring BMI. All of these aspects were put into context and the results proved, that primary school sports classes achieved better results than general high school children in most tests. By comparing the statistical data, it was proven that although the results are different, the differences are inappreciable at the level of statistical significance. The main aim of this thesis is to determine and compare the movement abilities of ninth-grade elementary school students and students of the same age from high schools called "gymnázium". The UNIFITTEST 6-60 test battery was used to determine the level of movement abilities. The sub-goals of the thesis are to compare the obtained results with population norms, compare somatic conditions of both research groups, and compare movement abilities with respect to gender. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and research part. In the theoretical section, we first focus on the definition, classification, and description of movement abilities. Then, the history and composition of the UNIFITTEST 6-60 test profile are presented. Furthermore, the theoretical section includes chapters on age-related specifics of youth aged 14-15 years, differences in physical education and sport lessons in both types of schools and a review of available literature. The research section is devoted to the measurement process, description of research groups, and analysis of results. The conclusion of the thesis includes a discussion and evaluation of the obtained data. The results of this thesis confirm the hypothesis that students from gymnasiums show better movement abilities than elementary school students. However, the...
Effects of allopregnanolon on motor functions of young laboratory rat.
Krejčí, Lukáš ; Mareš, Pavel (advisor) ; Valeš, Karel (referee)
Allopregnanolone is a typical representative of neurosteroids. It can be formed by de novo synthesis directly in the CNS or as a metabolite of progesterone. It is an allosteric modulator of GABAA receptors, due to which it has anxiolytic, sedative and anticonvulsant effects. This work investigates the effect of allopregnanolone (ALLO) on the locomotor skills of laboratory rat pups. The results will serve as a reference study for the work of Tereza Košťálová (2020), who investigated the newly discovered neuroactive steroid pregnanolone pyroglutamate (PPG). This exogenous steroid, synthesized at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (IOCB PRAGUE), offers potential use in the treatment of epilepsy. Our goal was to perform the same battery of motor tests after the application of allopregnanolone as a comparison, to what extent and in what way these two substances acutely affect the motor performance of the rat pup. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the physiological mechanisms of neurosteroids in the human body and their potential in the treatment of serious diseases, especially epilepsy. Next, the ontogenetic development of the rat's motor skills is described and compared to humans. The methodology describes the selection and...
